Not Safe to Sellers, if seller accept Payments as "Goods"

Not Safe to Sellers, if seller accept Payments as "Goods"

S - Seller (India)
B - Buyer (USA or any other)
P - Paypal

Problem 1:

Date : Nov 20

S has given services (like data entry, forum postings etc) to B.
Now S has told B to pay him/her as "Goods" Option.

B has paid S as "Goods" Option.
(If buyer select "Goods" Option, shipping information is automatically attached in transaction)

S have got money as "Goods" Option with B's shipping information.

BUYER IS NOW HAPPY WITH SELLERS SERVICES, AND SELLER IS HAPPY WITH MONEY PAID BY BUYER.

Date : NOV 28/29/30 till DEC 15

Seller have decided to withdraw money from Paypal , he has submitted request at Paypal. (Cheque/BankTransfer)

============================
now here the problem starts
============================

P Team will think, how S can ship the goods to B in 3/7 days ?

P may/must/will ask S ,
have you ships that goods?
whats the shipping information (in which courier you have sent that goods, tracking number etc)

S has given services to B, he has not any courier details, he will fail to answer all these questions.

Paypal will immediately put S's accounts on limitations.

Problem 2 :

Not all buyers are cheaters, but some of them are. agree?

After getting sellers services/digital products,
B has file dispute and add note "Seller has not provide me any goods"

Paypal will ask seller about this dispute and ask him/her to provide tracking information of that goods.
Seller has provide services. Not Goods, so he hasnt any courier details. He will tell Paypal that "He has provide services/digital products(by email)"

Believe me, in all these type of cases, Buyer will win dispute.
P will not consider any answers of S if he has not any shipping information.

Solutions:

  1. Receive Payments as Goods from whom You can trust.
  2. Tell your buyers to add note "Money is paid for digital products"
  3. Services option is the only goods options, if you deal with digital products.
